Worked across grocery shopping, post-order flows, and customer acquisition, alongside improvements to shared frontend infrastructure.
- Led web delivery of commerce features and API migrations, including post-order item replacement and a promotions migration spanning multiple shopping flows. Coordinated requirements, dependencies, and implementation across teams.
- Investigated production performance issues through profiling and request analysis, resolving bottlenecks in server-side data fetching and HTML sanitization.
- Built CI metrics, dashboards, and alerts so engineers could assess build performance, investigate failures, and evaluate the impact of monorepo changes.
- Consolidated microfrontends and led observability improvements, reducing deployment complexity and unnecessary logging while establishing a roadmap for further improvements.
- Built a conversational web interface for an internal root cause analysis tool, enabling business stakeholders to investigate metric changes without navigating multiple dashboards. Defined the streaming protocol for integration with a custom AI agent and enabled independent frontend and backend deployments.
